1. Agreement at checkout
By selecting the acceptance checkbox and continuing to payment, you agree to these Terms of Sale, the applicable SPECTER license agreement, the Refund Policy, and the Privacy Policy. The checkout record stores the accepted versions and timestamp.
2. Products and prices
SPECTER Imaging is a one-time USD 49.99 personal license. SPECTER Complete is a one-time USD 349 bundle containing one Imaging key and one SDR key. Prices displayed by Stripe at checkout control. Taxes may be calculated or collected based on payment and location information. No recurring subscription is created.
3. Payment processing
Stripe processes card payment. SPECTER does not receive full card numbers. A purchase completes only after payment authorization. A transaction associated with fraud, payment failure, pricing error, sanctions restrictions, or unauthorized use may be rejected or cancelled, with captured funds returned.
4. Digital delivery
Keys are delivered electronically to the checkout email, usually within minutes. You are responsible for entering a deliverable email and safeguarding the key. If delivery fails, contact Support. The official download page provides the Windows installer.
5. License, not ownership
Payment purchases the rights in the applicable license agreement, not ownership of software or intellectual property. The standard license permits one active computer and personal, non-commercial use.
6. Requirements
You are responsible for reviewing current Windows, sensor, driver, network, camera, microphone, storage, and internet requirements. Hardware is not included. Optional features may require compatible third-party equipment or services.
7. Refunds
The Refund Policy provides a 14-day request period for direct purchases. Approved refunds revoke associated proprietary license keys. Mandatory cancellation, refund, and consumer rights remain unaffected.
8. Chargebacks
Contact Support before filing a chargeback so delivery, activation, duplication, or compatibility issues can be investigated. A payment reversal may suspend associated keys while disputed. This does not limit rights with your card issuer.
9. Updates and availability
A perpetual key does not expire for the licensed product version. It includes updates SPECTER chooses to release without separate charge, but does not guarantee indefinite support for every operating system, hardware revision, external service, or future major product.
10. Liability and law
The applicable license agreement contains warranty and liability terms. California law governs except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise.
