Cycle the views with V, and tune SPECTER to your hardware
VIEW MODES
Press V to cycle through the available views. The exact order depends on your sensor configuration, connected camera streams, and performance preset.

PER-FEED DETECTOR TOGGLES
In SPECTER, each camera or sensor feed operates as an independent analysis channel. Through the user interface or Settings panel (accessible via Ctrl+Shift+G), investigators can configure per-feed detector toggles. This allows you to independently enable or disable specific analytical detectors on each active camera feed:
- Face Detector: Pinpoints facial contours and expressions within the stream.
- Body Detector: Detects and maps human skeletal structures.
- SLS Detector: Employs structured light sensor analysis to identify stick-figure overlays in real time.
- Anomaly Detector: Monitors pixels and depth readings for unexpected environmental disruptions.
This independent toggling ensures you can dedicate specific feeds to targeted tracking while leaving other feeds running purely clean visual capture, optimizing both CPU utilization and on-screen clarity during intense investigations.
PERFORMANCE PRESETS
Open Settings → Performance preset and choose the option that matches your machine.
| Preset | Use when |
|---|---|
| Light | Laptop is struggling, depth-only path; RGB feed and color ML off. |
| Balanced | Default, RGB and depth balanced for most investigations. |
| Show | Demo reel or max quality, turns on the 3D views and DEPTH BLEND in the view cycle. |
